Absolutely 5 star. Nothing was too much trouble. If you had a worry it would be sorted at no extra cost before you bought a car. They would even deliver car to your home. Even after the sale there was extra customer care so you feel you want to return with your regular service and MOT.

I bought a car 3 weeks ago from Jamie from hundreds of miles away in Norfolk without even looking at it in person. To say I was worried is an understatement! Maybe I was just crazy! But the car was as good as the pics he posted online and Jamie put my mind at rest so I went for it! He shot me a video from inside the car when I asked him and talked me through the process of buying without meeting in person. Nothing was too much trouble. I got the car delivered and it turned out to be the easiest transaction ever!!

If it seems too good to be true then it probably is but not when you buy a car from Jamie. After searching the internet for our perfect Mini I came across one advertised for sale at JT vehicles South Lakes. It was just what we wanted and at a great price for the spec compared to other cars I had seen. After a 10 minute phone call to Jamie he offered us a good part exchange price on not one but 2 vehicles we were selling. We’ve never bought a car without seeing it and having a test drive but as we didn’t have time to go and view we just agreed the sale over the phone. I must admit we were quite apprehensive but Jamie organised the transfer of our private plates and two friendly chaps delivered our new car and drove our old cars away within a few days of us agreeing the sale.
We absolutely love the Mini, it’s like brand new inside and out despite being 4 years old. We would highly recommend Jamie for your next car purchase and will certainly use him again in the future
